Mission
Techno Culture Club is a non-profit organization that promotes and supports digital literacy and digital justice to make technology and digital cultures more accessible, fair and participative.
Some notable projects and accomplishments
- AlphaNumérique: 4-year Quebec-wide digital literacy training through public libraries and community organizations.
- Altercultura: A 3-day co-design sprint to remix a cultural site with the local and maker communities.
- Coding and the environment with micro:bits: A series of curriculum-aligned, multidisciplinary maker activities for secondary schools.
- ABC3D: A series of iteratively-designed and documented guides for 3D printing workshops in public libraries to democratize 3D printing education and access.
